This session is a chance for us to learn the issues you are facing and how we can best support you.  From there we will recommend what's needed to meet your needs and achieve a good outcome. We will also give you a guide on the likely costs.

dispute resolution services

This includes the initial consultation, preview of the facts, one day mediation, post-mediation and forwarding a signed Settlement Agreement to MBIE Mediation Services, your family lawyer or applicable Court/Authority. 

Human Resource Services

This includes employee relations, collective employment agreement (CEA) negotiations, performance management, informal mediation, or employment agreement (IEA) reviews.

Health & Safety Services

This includes ACC reviews, designing a return to work (RTW) programme, and investigating H & S incidents to identify the likely cause and remedial action needed to ensure the safety of all.

Our Rates

Our affordable fees vary depending on the level of support you need. This includes one-off situations, an ongoing casual hourly rate, or semi-permanent on call support via phone or email. This will be invoiced to you.
