Kerry Stewart founded this consultancy in 1991 to provide support across all facets of human resource and health & safety. Over time, our specialization has focused on dispute resolution services for both employment and family matters.
KPS can also contract in and cover senior HR roles if you're recruiting for permanent support. Make sure you and your team are looked after, and problems are nipped in the bud. Our knowledge includes both New Zealand and Australian legislation.
ABOUT Kerry Stewart

With 30 years’ experience as a human resources consultant, Kerry's extensive background includes dispute resolution, contract management and dealing with tenancy and property issues. She has assisted with start up, mergers, restructures, culture development, performance management, succession and business continuity planning, among other projects.
Kerry has served on several Boards, notably the New Zealand Motorcaravan Association (NZMCA) where she was Chair of the Management and Member Benefits Committee. She has also stepped up into management positions in times of crisis, to allow Senior Management Teams enough time to make sound decision-making.
In recent years she has qualified and added family dispute and employment mediation to her skillset. Kerry is fully qualified, and a member of the Arbitration & Mediation Institute of NZ (AMINZ), Employment Law Institute of NZ (ELINZ) and the Institute of Directors (IoDNZ).
